Our product is 100% Rotational molded Polyethylene, making rusted egress wells a thing of the past! Our Industry leading 10 year warranty* is something we are proud of, and can truly stand behind. The extremely thought out design behind our shape keeps our product strong against the earth pushing against it, yet still allows water to make its way through with our patented Hydrostatic release zone, if necessary.
Each section stands 12" tall, allowing you to make the Area-well the perfect height for grade requirements without having to buy, cut or bury the excess. Each and every home will be easier than ever before for matching height requirements. Our 12" modular design also yields the easiest transport by hand, needing only a single worker to safely load and unload sections of an Area-well as needed. No more razor sharp corners! The patented modular design of our Lifewell, also makes it easy and straightforward to replace a single piece in the very unlikely event of damage! Our patented and integrated ladder included in every single 12” section, ensures that the height of each and every complete stacked area-well is as required, meeting code requirements. The patented design combines hand holds and traction footholds, on every piece regardless of height, eliminating the non-permanent screwed-in ladders found on corrugated steel Area-wells.
Our Rotational-molding production process yields incredibly consistent results, meaning there is no bottom, middle or top piece. Every part has all of the same features, creating a perfect fit every time. Our goal for LifeWell is to eventually produce a 100% recycled product, and with Polyethylene we stand a great chance at reaching our goal! We currently use Dow Chemicals, 8460 base materials, which is the base material for most high end Portable Coolers.
Our plastic (Polyethylene) construction is different from all other products. Solving the access problem, every basement home will have. Offering a safe means of egress for the basement. Due to the lack of steel, our product will never rust! The patented, double walled and structural foamed design of this product, makes it incredibly difficult to damage to the point of needing replacement.
